Job Description
CONCORD — Chief Thomas Judge is pleased to share that the Concord Fire Department is currently hiring highly qualified and dedicated individuals for the position of firefighter/EMTs.
Starting pay is $73,514 to $80,545, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include:

The Department is seeking to fill one position at this time, with another vacancy expected later this year.
Candidates should exhibit skills in critical thinking, professionalism, and problem-solving.
Additionally, candidates are required to have Massachusetts EMT certification prior to employment. Firefighter I and II certification must be obtained through the Massachusetts Fire Academy prior to completion of the probationary period.
