East Bridgewater Firefighter/Paramedic

The East Bridgewater Fire Department is now accepting applications for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic. Candidates must be a certified paramedic or currently enrolled in a paramedic program to apply. Experienced Firefighter/Paramedics who are Pro Board-Certified FF I/II will be given preference.

Applicants selected for employment and prior to beginning employment MUST pass a physical exam, including a drug test; pass a thorough background check, including CORI; Pass a MA Human Resources Physical Abilities Test (PAT). Selected applicants must submit a copy of ACLS, PALS, CPR and EMT-P certifications; a certified copy of certificate of birth: a copy of high school diploma or GED; a copy of a valid driver’s license and a ten (10) year driving record.
