Concord Fire Department Hiring Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic
Job Description
The Concord Fire Department is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time firefighter/paramedic position as part of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service program.
The starting salary ranges from $73,514 to $83,087, depending on experience. Concord Fire offers a variety of benefits, including:

- Incentives for PRO Board and IFSAC certification
- Incentives are available for college degrees: 9% for an associate degree, 16.5% for a bachelor’s degree, and an additional $5,000 for a master’s degree.

Qualifications include:
- Paramedic Certification Required
- 18 Years or Older with a Valid Driver’s License
- Firefighter I/II Certification Preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Candidates will be required to complete the Massachusetts Career Recruit Program, if not previously completed.
